Please dress in whatever you like. I recommend a bathing suit, a dress, shorts or a t-shirt.
Pack a towel to dry off and water to drink. It is semi-shaded where we usually go.

The location is along the American River. I will provide the directions for where we will meet in the email following your booking. It takes 10 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the location. Parking is $7.

Come with an open heart and mind. I encourage you to speak as things come up. Cry. Silence is also welcomed. There is no pressure for you to have to show up in a certain way. I will be speaking throughout the experience.

I always recommend drinking lots of water following this experience. You are moving a lot of energy through your body and letting go of blockages. Water helps clear this out.
Continue to sit with your intention. Journal about your reflections. You have made space within so make sure you are filling it in a way that supports and aligns with your intention.

SoulWell is $111 and $7 for parking.
If this cost is not achievable, but you feel called to this experience please reach out anyway and explain. I desire for there to be a limited barrier to entry for this experience. I understand we are all coming from different walks of life and I want to honor that. We all deserve nurturing.

Knowing how to utilize all that is around us to make items for our life builds a symbiotic connection to the Earth.
